Ron Thomas has been an established motorcycling instructor for over 30 years. Ron started the Ron Thomas School Of Motorcycling after 18 years working as a chef instructor with Star Rider (The National Training Scheme). 

Today, the School of Motorcycling is a very well recognised business in the region with a reputation built on recommendations.  Ron trains motorcyclists from all over Scotland and northern England in his home town of Dumfries.

The School of Motorcycling runs a range of training courses, from beginner level Compulsory Basic Training courses through to advanced level. You can find out more about the courses we run here.

Courses can be tailored to fit the student: for courses that require multiple training sessions, the schedule can be organised to fit the students availability.
